Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara’s ARTS District, The Hub is a short walk from the Santa Barbara Courthouse — a popular wedding ceremony venue — and some of the area's most iconic and picturesque local landmarks, including the Granada Theatre, the Arlington Theater, and the Santa Barbara Public Library Plaza.

Modular, customizable floor plan
Kitchen with prep space for caterer, dishwasher, large sink, and large refrigerator as well as small wine refrigerator
Tables and chairs (twenty 6’ rolling tables, eight 8’ folding tables, 60 cafe chairs, eight lounge chairs, seven cocktail tables)
Recommendations for vetted green caterers and vendors
Ability to preview the site as often as needed during business hours
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday options with a limit of one event per weekend
Customizable packages that meet your space needs for getting ready, after party, and/or rainy day indoor option

Requirements:
A licensed/insured event planner for groups of more than 20 people
Bartenders and caterers must be licensed and insured
Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Community Environmental Council Environmental Hub 1219 State Street Ste A Santa Barbara, CA 93101 as additionally insured for $1 million per occurrence
Signed contract
Deposit and cleaning fee (client is responsible for excessive cleaning and venue damage if incurred)
